Returns & Refunds Policy

At Waves & Wonder Swim, we want you to love your purchase as much as your next vacation. Every piece is made to bring sunshine, comfort, and confidence — but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns on most unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in their original condition — unused, unwashed, and with tags attached.
  • Swimwear must have the protective hygiene liner intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

To start a return:

Email us at hello@wavesandwonderswim.com with your order number, the item you’d like to return, and the reason. Our customer care team will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address based on your order’s fulfillment location.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges due to our made-to-order fulfillment process. If you need a different size or style, simply place a new order and return the original item for a refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Swimwear without hygiene liners
  • Accessories (e.g., hats, bags, sandals)
  • Discounted or clearance items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@wavesandwonderswim.com and include clear photos of the item and packaging so our team can make it right quickly.
